NEW YORK, NY - Cops are looking for a man who attacked a senior citizen during an alleged arguement inside a Harlem McDonald’s in the wee hours of the morning.


According to police, the incident occurred on March 28, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. inside a business located on West 125 Street. Officials say the victim, a 71-year-old man, was approached by an unknown individual, leading to what has been described as a “verbal dispute escalating into a physical assault in a New York City storefront”.



Witness accounts and preliminary findings suggest the situation quickly intensified. The suspect allegedly struck the victim multiple times in the face. Despite the attack, the victim sustained only minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene.


After the assault, the suspect fled the location on foot, heading northbound along West 125 Street.


Authorities have released a description of the individual in hopes someone may recognize him. The suspect is described as a male who was last seen wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, a black jacket layered over a red sweatshirt, black pants, and white-and-black sneakers.
