Woman Robbed of $1,200 Cell Phone by Two Suspects on E-Bike Near West 120th Street and Broadway

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly stole a woman's cell phone while riding an e-bike in Morningside Heights.
According to investigators, the robbery happened on July 28 at around 1:00 p.m., near the intersection of West 120th Street and Broadway.
Police said a 28-year-old woman was walking in the area when she was approached by two unidentified individuals riding an e-bike. One of the suspects allegedly snatched the victim's cell phone directly from her hand before the pair sped away.
Authorities said the stolen phone is valued at approximately $1,200.
After the theft, the suspects fled southbound on Morningside Avenue and were last seen heading in an unknown direction.
Fortunately, the victim was not injured during the incident.
The suspects have not been identified, and no arrests have been made.
