Hot Pants Wearing Psycho Slashes Woman in Face in Random Attack

NEW YORK - Cops are looking for a woman dressed in shorts who slashed a woman across the face with a butcher knife in a random attack.
Police released surveillance video of the suspect who was dressed like a hipster who investigators said viciously slashed a woman for no reason.
At around 6 pm on September 1, a 65-year-old woman was walking in front of 555 8 Avenue in Harlem. A woman in her 30s walked up to her, pulled a butcher knife out of a shopping bag and without warning slashed the victim across the face.
The attacker fled on foot north on 8th Avenue.
EMS rushed the victim to Mount Sinai West. She sustained a cut under her left eye and was listed in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a woman with a light complexion between the ages of 30 and 40. She is 5 foot 1 inch tall with a medium complexion and medium length blonde hair. She was last seen wearing bright shiny pink shorts with a black or blue furry jacket. She was also seen wearing a beige bucket hat, white shirt, black socks and black shoes. She was seen carrying shopping bags.
