78-Year-Old Stabs Man, 71, to Death - NYPD Says

MANHATTAN - A 78-year-old man stabbed a 71-year-old man to death in Midtown, the NYPD said.  


At around 11 pm on November 28, cops were called to an apartment at 475 West 57th Street. There police observed a 71-year-old male with a stab wound to the back.

MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a trio of female bandits who robbed two cabbies in Manhattan and the Bronx at gunpoint within a two-hour period.

Further investigation revealed that the other person in the apartment, a 78-year-old man, had slash wounds on both hands. Police took him into custody.


Both men were taken to Mount Sinai Morningside. The 71-year-old victim was pronounced dead. The 78-year-old suspect is in stable condition. 


Cops said the investigation is ongoing.
