MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a protester who allegedly struck a woman in the face with his sign during an anti-Israel protest near Times Square.
At around 5:18 pm on March 30, a 25-year-old woman was walking near Broadway and West 46 Street. Cops said a man in a gray peacoat and red scarf began yelling at her.
The two began arguing which ended with the protester striking the woman with his cardboard sign which was attached to a pole.
The attacker ran off in an unknown direction. However, he did not escape before his image was captured with a cellphone by a person taking photos of the protesters.
The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a gray peacoat with a red scarf and a black facemask.
