MANHATTAN - Cops are searching for a man who grabbed a woman, pulled down her pants and groped her in Chelsea. 



The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect wanted for allegedly groping a woman in Chelsea last week.


At around 3:45 am on Sept 3, a 28-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of West 26th Street and 11th Avenue. Cops said a man ran up behind her and pulled her pants down. Then he groped her buttocks. 



The attacker then ran off eastbound on West 26th Street. The victim refused medical attention at the scene. 


The suspect is described as a male with a light to medium complexion and thin build. At the time he was wearing a blue and red shirt with writing on the chest and the number 14.
