Shoplifter Attacks Worker Over 20 Bottles of Dish Soap

NEW YORK - Cops are looking for a man who attacked a Dollar Tree worker for trying to stop him from stealing a case of dish soap.
At around 1 pm on October 17, the male dressed in a black hoodie, walked into the Dollar Tree store at 6410 Amboy Road, on Staten Island. There cops said the man scooped up 20 bottles of dish soap and tried to leave the store without paying.
A 21-year-old female employee tried to stop the shoplifter from leaving. However, the robber pushed her down before running out of the store. Once outside, the thief hopped on a razor scooter and kicked himself away from the location.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect. He is described as a male with a light complexion and thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black sneakers as well as grey pants. He also had a black duffel bag across his shoulder when he rode away on a silver razor scooter.
