MANHATTAN - A man seen waving a knife near the FDR Drive was busted by cops early this morning, Citizen app is reporting. 




At around, 7:50 am on October 31, police responded to reports of a man waving a knife in front of a school at 442 E Houston St. Officers on the scene did not find the man near the school. 


A search found the suspect near East Houston Street and the FDR Drive. There they found the man waving a knife, cops reported. The man was taken into custody without incident. 




Citizen app video shows the officers swarming around the location while the man was arrested. 


No injuries were reported at this time.
