MANHATTAN - A 76-year-old woman was viciously beaten inside a Manhattan McDonald’s, cops said.
At around 4:30 pm on February 12, a 76-year-old woman was inside a McDonald’s at 208 Varick Street in the West Village.
Cops said a woman in her 20s began arguing with the senior inside the fast food eatery. The young woman, without warning, punched the senior in the face with a closed fist, cops said.
The attacker then ran out of the store.
The victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital where she was treated for an injury to her left eye.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect. She is described as female with a light complexion and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a dark coat with a gray hoodie underneath.
