MANHATTAN - A man who was seen losing his pants at Penn Station is wanted for drop kicking a straphanger onto the subway tracks at Penn Station, the NYPD announced.
A new photo had been released of the man suspected of kicking a straphanger onto the tracks at Penn Station, the NYPD announced. In addition to the droopy drawers, the video shows the suspect wearing sunglasses with the price tag still hanging from the glasses.
In the video the man is seen holding up his pants as they fall around his ankles. Cops said the suspect pulled up his pants and kicked a subway rider for no reason.

Cops Looking for Group who Assaulted Straphanger
At around 4:45 pm on March 3, a 64-year-old man was standing on the subway platform waiting for the C/E Train at 34th Street. Cops said the suspect walked up to the straphanger and asked the man a question. The man on his cell phone ignored the suspect who then, without warning, kicked the straphanger in the back.
The impact forced the man to fall onto the tracks as the attacker fled.
A group of people on the platform rushed to the victim and helped pull him off the tracks.
The victim was transported to Lennox Hill Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and medium build. He was last seen wearing a blue checkered jacket, blue t-shirt and sunglasses. He also wore an orange knit cap with the NY logo. In addition he wore gray pants and blue and white sneakers.
