Perv Robber Went for Takeout After Lewd Act

NEW YORK - Cops released new video of a man suspected of robbing a woman in her own building and then performing a lewd act on himself in front of her. 

The NYPD released a new video of the suspect taken from inside a take out restaurant near the building where the incident took place. Previously investigators had a dark, grainy video of the suspect taken of him walking at night down the street. The new video is taken from inside a brightly lit takeout joint. In the video the suspect is seen without a mask walking up to the counter showing a clear view of his face. 

The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and medium build. He has a beard and mustache and was last seen wearing a dark winter coat with a hood.

At around 2 am on November 17, a 38-year-old woman was walking into a residential building in the vicinity of West 44 Street and 9 Avenue. Cops said a man in a winter coat followed her inside the building and asked for money. 

The man then cornered the woman and forcibly removed her purse, cellphone and bank cards. Then the man exposed himself and performed a lewd act in front of the woman, cops said. He then ran out of the building in an unknown direction. 

The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect. He is described as a male with a medium complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hat, black jacket with fur on the hood, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers.
