Creep Groped Female Subway Rider

Subway Groper Sought by Cops The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with a sexual assault on the subway on the Upper East Side. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice April 21, 2024 MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a creep who groped a woman as she rode the subway on the Upper East Side. At around 8:30 pm on April 12,  a 45-year-old woman was riding on a northbound Number 4 train near the 86th Street subway station when a man sat down next to her. Cops said the man began to grab the woman’s breasts. The victim jumped up and ran out of the train at the station. Cops said the attacker remained on the train. The NYPD released a cellphone photo of the suspect sitting on the train. The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion who is between the ages of 37 and 45. He is 5 feet tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black coat and blue jeans. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers

Slapstick - Random Attacker Assaults Woman with Hockey Stick The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with an attack on a woman in the East Village with a hockey stick. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice April 18, 2024  MANHATTAN - Residents fear being assaulted with fists and baseball bats from random attackers as they walk down the street have a new thing to fear: hockey sticks. Cops said an attacker randomly hacked at a woman’s legs with a hockey stick as she walked in the East Village.  At around 10:30 pm on April 9, a 26-year-old woman was walking in front of 433 East 6 Street. Cops said a man carrying a hockey stick walked up to him, and without warning struck her in the leg. The attacker then ran off eastbound on East 6th Street.  The woman was treated by EMS at the scene.  The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect seen walking with a blue hockey stick.  The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion , thin build and

Cops ID Polo Grounds Shooter

Man Gunned Down at Housing Project in the Heights  The NYPD is searching for Gekron Williams in connection with a fatal shooting at the Polo Grounds. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice  April 17, 2024  MANHATTAN - Cops have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting at the Polo Grounds in upper Manhattan.  Police are looking for 24-year-old Gekron Williams in connection with last month’s murder at a housing project in Washington Heights.  At around 10:30 pm on March 3, Kenneth Taveras was standing in the rear of a building at 2971 8th Avenue in the Polo Grounds. Cops said a man walked up to him and opened fire. Taveras was struck multiple in the chest.  The victim was rushed to Lincoln Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.  The NYPD announced that an investigation has led cops to identify Williams as the main suspect and released the suspect’s photo. Man Tried to Rape Teen Near Smoke Shop

Cops ID Suspect in Attempted Rape of Teen Girl  The NYPD is searching for Justin Bido in the alleged attempted rape of a 15-year-old girl. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice  April 16, 2024  MANHATTAN - Cops are searching for a man in the attempted rape of a 15-year-old girl on the Upper West Side. The NYPD released the suspect’s name and a photo in the hope of spurring tips leading to the man’s arrest.   Police have identified 26-year-old Justin Bido in the attempted sexual assault of a teen in the vicinity of West 63rd Street and 11th Avenue.  At around 7 am on February 14, cops said the suspect approached the 15-year-old girl near a smoke shop. Cops said the suspect convinced the girl to follow him to a nearby location.  At a nearby residence the man attempted to rape the girl, cops said. At Least Two Dozen Arrested in Massive Pro-Palestinian Protest Protesters fill the roads of the Brooklyn Bridge with people and smoke, stopping traffic on the bridge. Dozens were arrested. -Twitter By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice April 16, 2024 MANHATTAN - Anti-Israel protesters shut down the Brooklyn Bridge using signs, people and smoke to snarl traffic and cause the NYPD to make dozens of arrests.  At around 3 pm yesterday, hundreds of protesters marched from lower Manhattan onto the Brooklyn Bridge filling the roadway and snarling traffic. Protesters chanted, waved flags and lit off smoke bombs and flares, leading cops to arrest scores of protesters.  Police arrest protesters blocking traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge. - Citizen  The massive protest comes less than 48 hours after Israel was attacked by Iran during a massive drone and missile attack. The city was placed on high alert following the attack over concern of attacks on houses of worship. 

Man Slashed Buying MetroCard by Fanny Pack Wearing Attacker at Rockefeller Center

Unprovoked Attack at Busy Subway Station The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with a slashing at the Rockefeller Center subway station. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice April 16, 2024 MANHATTAN - A man buying a MetroCard was slashed across the face in an unprovoked attack at the Rockefeller Center subway station, cops said.   At around 12:30 pm on April 15, a 24-year-old man was buying a MetroCard from the machine at the mezzanine of the Rockefeller Center subway station. Cops said a man ran up behind and slashed him across the face with a sharp object - possibly a knife or box cutter. The victim suffered a “severe laceration.”  The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he is listed in stable condition. The attacker ran off in an unknown direction. However, not before surveillance cameras in the station recorded an image of the suspect.
