The NYPD released the photo of the man suspected of exposing himself on Delancey Street last month. At around 10:50 pm on March 3, a 21-year-old woman was waiting on the northbound platform for the F Train at the Delancey Street station. While she was waiting for the train, she noticed a man behind one of the pillars on the platform exposing himself. Cops said the woman took out her cell phone and took a photo of the man playing with himself.
