Screamed ‘Asian Pig’ as They Beat Couple A woman was arrested during beating on the Times Square Shuttle.  Police are searching for two people for a hate crime attack on the subway. By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice  November 30, 2022  MANHATTAN - Police arrested a female member of a trio who beat a subway rider on the Times Square Shuttle while spewing anti-Asians remarks.   The NYPD announced the arrest of 19-year-old Dream Commisso. She was charged with assault, hate crime, aggravated harassment, assault, menacing and harassment. Two other attackers are still at large.  At around 8 pm on Saturday, November 19, a 42-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, both of Asian decent, were sitting in the subway shuttle from Grand Central to Times Square, when the trio approached them. Willets Point in Queens, previously known as the “Iron Triangle” or the “Valley of Ashes,” was filled with auto repair shops, prone to flooding and lacked infrastructure.  Today, it offers our city a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a vibrant, thriving neighborhood from scratch.   The cornerstone of Willets Point will be 2,500 new homes that are 100% affordable. That’s the largest 100% affordable housing project in New York City since the 1970s.

Pot Smokers Beat Super with Chair When He Asks Them to Snuff Out Weed

Police are searching for a trio of pot smokers who attacked a building manager with a chair. By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice November 30, 2022  MANHATTAN - A building super was beaten with a chair when he asked a trio of pot smokers to stop smoking weed in the vestibule of the building he manages outside Stuyvesant Town across the street from a school. The elderly building manager suffered serious injuries. Police have released surveillance video of one of the suspects fleeing the scene of the attack. At around 6:20 pm on November 15, three people were smoking marijuana in the vestibule of a  building at 338 15th Street. When the 61-year-old building manager tried to remove them, they pounced.  One of the weed heads picked up a chair and struck the super in the head.  The group then ran away from the building. By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice November 28, 2022 MANHATTAN - Police are looking for a woman who stole a Prada bag from a market on Lexington Avenue. At around 5:15 pm on November 2, a woman walked onto the fifth floor of the Dover Market on Lexington Avenue. Police said she removed a Prada bag from a display and walked out. Cops did not give a price for the stolen item but Prada bags run from $2,000 to $4,000. The suspect was seen wearing large sunglasses and camouflage jacket and green and black shoes. Stabbed at Herald Square

By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice November 28, 2022 MANHATTAN - A straphanger was repeatedly stabbed at the Herald Square subway station during a robbery. Police released the dramatic video which captured the attack.  At around 10 pm on November 22, a 34-year-old man was riding the southbound F train approaching the Herald Square station at 34th Street. An unknown man approached him and asked for a cigarette. As the straphanger handed over a cigarette, the other man tried to remove cash from him.   The two men struggled within the subway car at which point the cigarette grubber pulled out a sharp object and stabbed the man in the torso.  When the train stopped at Herald Square and the doors opened, the fight continued onto the subway platform. Subway Sicko Tried to Kidnap 10 Year Old

Police are searching for this man in connection with an attempted kidnapping of a child on a subway train. By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice November 23, 2022 MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a creep who tried to abduct a 10-year-old boy from his siblings riding the subway on their way to school. The man is suspected of stalking the family from the 149th Street station to 34th Street.  The NYPD is asking the public to view these photos of the suspect and call in tips to try to catch him.  At around 8:15 am on November 23, the siblings, a 16-year-old girl, 15-year-old boy and a 10-year-old boy, were traveling on the southbound Number 2 train on their way to school when they were followed by a man who got on at the 149th Street Station.  When the train approached the 34th Street Station, the man tugged on the 10-year-old’s pants and grabbed his legs trying to take him off the seat. Dirt Bikers Beat Man to Death in Road Rage Incident

Police said a group of illegal ATV (like the one pictured here) and dirt bike riders beat a driver to daeth in a road rage incident. By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice  November 23, 2022 MANHATTAN - A group of illegal dirt bike and ATV riders beat a man to death in a road rage incident in Harlem. Police have released the name of the victim after he succumbed to his injuries two weeks after the attack.  At around 10 pm on November 2, 45-year-old Arthur Cooke was driving his vehicle east on E. 125th Street when his car became surrounded by 30 illegal ATVs and dirt bikes. One of the riders struck Cooke’s passenger side mirror causing him to pull over.  When Cooke went outside the vehicle to check on the damage, a group of the riders surrounded him and pounced. The group beat on Cooke as one of the members held a gun on him. As Cooke lay bleeding in the street the attackers hopped back on their bikes and drove off.
