Cops are looking for a woman with pink hair and her male accomplice. At around 3 pm on February 4, a 24-year-old female was walking on the Upper East Side in the vicinity of Madison Avenue and East 75 th Street across the street from the Frick Madison exhibit. Cops said a woman with pink hair and a man ran up to the victim - the man placed the victim in a headlock and the woman pulled the victim’s hair dragging her to the ground.
