Investigators said the suspect knew his victim. The NYPD has announced the hunt for Ever Danny Briceno, 45, in connection with a vicious slashing of a woman at the South Ferry subway station in Manhattan yesterday. At around 1 am on Saturday, a 37-year-old woman was at the South Ferry subway station when a man approached her and the two began arguing. Cops said the argument “escalated” and Briceno pulled out a knife or other sharp object and repeatedly slashed the woman across the face.
