Video taken from the lobby of a building in the vicinity of East 23rd Street and Third Avenue, shows the suspect arguing with a man off camera before the physical confrontation. The suspect is seen holding a package and a cell phone near the Amazon Hub in the lobby. The suspect in his late teens of 20s, was in the building at around 6 pm on April 27. The 79-year-old tenant was also in the lobby and, cops said, the suspect approached the elderly man and started a verbal dispute.
