Cops said an unknown man walked up to her and, without saying a word, threw a cup of hot water on her.  He then ran off in an unknown direction.  The victim was treated at a nearby medical facility. Cops said the victim suffered minor injuries throughout her body since the water missed her exposed face.  Street surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect.  The alleged attacker is described as a male with a dark complexion and a slim build...
