Cops arrested 26-year-old Tyheem Menardy who is homeless. He was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. At around 9:54 am on March 26, a 34-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and West 16th Street. Cops said a man ran up behind her and grabbed her crotch and then ran off.

At around 9:54 am on March 26, a 34-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and West 16th Street. Cops said a man ran up behind her and grabbed her crotch and then ran off. Less than five minutes later cops said the same man attacked another woman. A 52-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of West 18th Street and 10th Avenue. A man ran up behind her and grabbed her buttocks. The NYPD released cell phone video taken by a passerby who witnessed the attack.
