Cops are looking for the suspect who exposed himself to a female straphanger, the NYPD announced. Cops released dramatic surveillance video taken from the platform of the F Train on West 4th Street. In the video the suspect is seen looking at his phone and looking around to see if a train is approaching the station. It is not until the suspect walks across the platform does the viewer notice the purposely blurred out lower half. Cops said the suspect was exposed while walking across the platform.
