Cops Look for Female Thieves Who Robbed Yoga Store, Attacked Workers The NYPD is searching for these women in connection with a robbery and assault inside a yoga store in the Flatiron District. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice February 22, 2024 MANHATTAN - A pair of female shoplifters helped themselves to merchandise inside a high-end yoga store in the Flatiron District, the NYPD said. At around 6:15 pm on February 6, two females walked into the Alo Yoga Store in the Flatiron District. Cops said the suspects started removing merchandise from the shelves and stuffing them in large black bags. When two female workers tried to stop them, the shoplifters pounced. Cops said the robbers scratched the faces of the female employees ages 24 and 21. The crooks then ran out of the store and fled southbound on 5th Avenue. EMS treated the store employees at the scene.
