New Photos of Subway Slasher Suspect
Police are searching for this man in connection with a slashing on the Number 6 train. By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice December 12, 2022 MANHATTAN - Police released new images of a man wanted in connection with the senseless subway slashing of an elderly man on the Number 6 train. Police initially released a photo which showed that the suspect wore a long dark coat with a brown fur hood. The new photo shows the suspect had underneath the coat a thin multi-colored hoodie jacket. In addition the new photo shows the suspect to have a thin build with more of his face exposed peaking out from beneath the hood and face mask. The older photo showed the man zipped up with the layers of jackets which made the suspect to appear to have a larger frame. At around 3 am on December 8, a 66-year-old man was on board a southbound Number 6 train.
