Take Out Gunman Robs Parking Garage Worker

Police are searching for this man in connection with the stick up of an elderly worker at a parking garage. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice July 30, 2023 MANHATTAN - Police are looking for a gunman who stuck up a parking garage attendant during the early morning hours in Manhattan. The man is seen on surveillance video fleeing the scene with a brown paper bag that looks like it is from a takeout joint. At around 5 am on June 19, a 69-year-old man was opening a parking garage off the FDR Drive and East 30th Street. While opening the shop, a masked man walked up to the garage attendant and simulated that he had a gun. He demanded to the clerk to hand over his property. The victim handed over his wallet which contained credit cards and $160 in cash. No property was taken from the parking garage which was not opened yet. The robber ran off in an unknown direction. Elderly Man Knocked to Ground in Random Attack

88-Year-Old Attacked on the Street in Chelsea Police are searching for this man in connection with an attack on an elderly man in Chelsea. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice July 28, 2023 MANHATTAN - An elderly man  walking through Chelsea was pushed to the ground by an unknown suspect during a random attack, cops said. At around 2 pm on July 26, an 88-year-old man was walking in front of 248 10th Avenue in Chelsea. Cops said a man walked up behind the elderly man and without saying a word grabbed the octogenarian and pushed him to the ground. The attacker did not remove any items off the victim nor did he say anything. It is unclear a motive for the random attack, cops said.  The suspect fled on foot heading northbound on 10th Avenue.  Cops said the victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment at the scene. Now cops have arrested a 15-year-old male and charged him as the gunman in the shocking shooting.  This morning police arrested a 15-year-old male in connection with the July 17th shooting. Investigators did not release his name nor say where he was from due to the fact that the suspect is a minor. The teen was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon: a loaded firearm.  Cops said the shooting stemmed from an argument among a group of men standing at the Crossroads of the World. Amazon Deliveryman Hit in Head with Bottle, Robbed

Police are searching for four men in the beating and attempted robbery of an Amazon deliveryman. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice July 26, 2023 MANHATTAN - An Amazon delivery driver was struck in the back of the head with a glass bottle by a group of muggers who tried to steal his packages, cops said.  Police released surveillance video of the four men wanted in the attack. One of the men is seen trying to drag the giant tote bag filled with packages. Cops said the crew eventually left the tote with the packages and fled empty handed.  The melee started around 5 pm on July 13, in front of 402 East 117 th Street. As the Amazon worker was carrying the giant tote filled with packages he was approached by the four men. As one of the men asked the delivery man what packages he had in his bag, another in the crew snuck up behind him and smashed the Amazon worker in the back of the head with a glass bottle.  Cops said the attackers chased the deliveryman towards 1st
