Diwali Dining By Morrsis Gut  Manhattan Voice  October 27, 2024 NEW YORK - Diwali, the Hindu ‘Festival of Lights’, is a major holiday throughout India and the rest of the globe. It is a fine time to enjoy the vibrant flavors of India cuisine. It lasts 5 days, this year peaking on October 31st & November 1st, marked by rituals, parades, and plenty of good food. I look forward to visiting NYBG, walking through the beautifully restored Enid Haupt Conservatory and beholding the seductive floral arrangements and dramatic plantings.
