Food Deliveryman Robbed of Bicycle in Midtown
Selfie-Taking Bike Bandit Sought by Cops The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with the theft of a delivery worker's bicycle in Midtown. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Bronx Voice March 13, 2024 MANHATTAN - Cops are searching for a selfie taking bike bandit who robbed a food deliveryman of his transport, the NYPD announced. At around 1:30 pm on March 7, a 30-year-old food deliveryman was dropping off an order near the intersection of East 28th Street and Third Avenue. Cops said the bike was left unattended and the suspect walked off with it. Police released surveillance video but also have a selfie of the suspect. He is described as a male with a light complexion and a medium build. He has facial hair on his chin. The suspect was last seen wearing a red hoodie.
