The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect in the alleged random attack.  At around 3 am on October 1, a 28-year-old woman was standing on the northbound platform of the C Train at the 50th Street Station. Cops said a man walked up to her and, without saying a word, slashed her across the torso with an “unknown cutting instrument.”  The suspect then ran out of the station.  EMS rushed the victim to Bellevue Hospital where she was treated and listed in stable condition.  The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, medium build and a beard. The video shows a man and a woman walking arm and arm and holding plastic cups of an unknown liquid while walking through Little Italy. Cops said this couple attacked a member of the FDNY during the massive feast.  At around 11:30 pm on September 20, an on-duty firefighter was in front of a store at 197 Hester Street when the couple approached him. Cops said the suspects suddenly began arguing with the firefighter. Then the pair began punching the on duty FDNY member before running off.  Cops said the firefighter suffered minor injuries.   The

Attacked Biker on Bridge The NYPD is searching for four men on two mopeds who beat and robbed a man riding an e-bike on the Willis Avenue Bridge. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Manhattan Voice September 27, 2024 Follow @x MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a group of moped riding muggers who pulled a gun and a knife on a man and then beat him for his e-bike. At around 11:30 am on September 20, a 25-year-old male was riding his e-bike across the Willis Avenue Bridge. Cops said four men on two mopeds pulled up alongside the bike rider. They pulled the mopeds in front and alongside the bike rider blocking him in. Cops said one man pulled a gun and another displayed a knife. The attackers then threw the victim to the ground. Two of the attackers began repeatedly punching the victim as he lay on the concrete. The attackers then picked up the e-bike and rode off with it and the other mopeds.
