The NYPD has announced the arrest of a 16-year-old male in the murder of Ying Zhu Liu. The 57-year-old was shot to death inside her apartment building on on Market Street on September 9. The suspect has been charged with second degree murder, first degree robbery, three counts of first degree burglary and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. The suspect’s name has not been released because he is a minor. Cops said the suspect and another male teen followed Liu’s husband into the building and attempted to rob him.
