The NYPD released the dramatic video which shows the thief walking out of the store with a trail of stolen tickets dragged behind him. At around 6:40 pm on April 20, a man walking into a 7-Eleven at 800 Avenue of the Americas in the Flatiron District. The store’s surveillance cameras captured the suspect walking behind the counter and helping himself to sheets of uncut scratcher Lotto tickets. The video shows that as the thief tried to casually walk out with his stolen cards, he dropped a handful of tickets on the floor. The thief went back and picked them up.
