The NYPD has identified their main suspect as 50-year-old Clifton Williams. Investigators did not detail if Williams has prior arrests. Last week, the NYPD issued a report looking for the suspect in a random attack in Kips Bay. However, this week published reports confirm that the victim was the “Fargo” star. At around 11:48 am on May 8, Buscemi, 66, was in front of 369 3rd Avenue in Kips Bay.
