At around 3 am on August 3, a 27-year-old male was riding on a northbound E train riding on the F train line. Cops said two men approached the straphanger. One of the men pulled out a knife and both demanded the victim hand over his property. The robbers grabbed the Apple AirPods out of the victim’s ears and then forced him to hand over $200 in cash. When the train stopped at the 53rd St. and Lexington Avenue train station, the robbers fled the subway car. The victim was not injured.
