Police are searching for this man in connection with an assault on a woman protesting the crackdown on protestors in China. The assault occurred during a protest outside Columbia University on Monday.

MANHATTAN - A woman was assaulted during a rally in front of Columbia University in support of the protestors in China. Police are searching for the attacker.
At around 7:50 pm on November 28, a 21-year-old woman was participating in a protest in support of the people in China demonstrating the Covid lockdowns. The protest was held in front of Columbia University at 535 West 116 Street.
An unidentified man walked up to the female protestor and punched her several times in the head causing her to lose consciousness.
The attacker fled on foot but not before another protestor caught a photo of his face.
The victim was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital and was in stable condition.
