The NYPD released new surveillance video of the suspect who struck the woman in front of the Port Authority Bus Terminal. At around 1 am on November 17, a 24-year-old woman was standing on the corner of West 40 Street and 8 Avenue, across from the Port Authority on one side and the NY Times Building on the other.
