Baby Faced Gunman Wanted in Times Square Shooting

MANHATTAN - Police are looking for a suspected baby faced gunman in connection with a shooting that left three teens wounded.


Police released a photo of a man suspected in being the Times Square Shooter. The photo was taken from a nearby subway station.


Cops said the shooting stemmed from an argument among a group of men standing at the Crossroads of the World.


At around midnight on July 17, two groups were in front of 5 Times Square and began arguing. As the dispute escalated one of the members pulled out. A handgun and repeatedly fire.


Cops said a 15-year-old male was struck in the thigh. Another 16-year-old male was shot in the thigh as well. A 17-year-old male was shot in the arm.


The gunman fled on foot in an unknown direction.


EMS rushed the 15 and the 16-year-old males to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Bellevue where they were listed in stable condition.


The 17-year-old sought medical treatment by being rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Harlem by private transport.





The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and thin build. Surveillance video shows the suspect having his hair in a bun. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and black shorts.
