Investigators released new surveillance video of the suspect. At around 2:30 am on April 7, a 30-year-old woman was waiting on the northbound F train platform at the Rutgers Street and East Broadway subway station. A man walked up behind the straphanger and she began to walk away. As the woman rode the up elevator away from the platform, the man followed close behind.
