At around 2 am on November 17, a 38-year-old woman was walking into a residential building in the vicinity of West 44 Street and 9 Avenue. Cops said a man in a winter coat followed her inside the building and asked for money. The man then cornered the woman and forcibly removed her purse, cellphone and bank cards. Then the man exposed himself and performed a lewd act in front of the woman, cops said. He then ran out of the building in an unknown direction. The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect.
