Cops Arrest 1 Man, Seek 1 more in NYC Hate Crime Attack, Robbery Police arrested one man and are seeking another in connection with a hate crime attack. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Manhattan Voice July 25, 2023 MANHATTAN - An New York man was hit with hate crime charges in connection with the robbery of a man who was beaten and pelted with anti-gay remarks, cops said. A second suspect is still at large. Yesterday police arrested 27-year-old Terrell Porch. He was charged with hate crime/robbery, robbery, hate crime/assault, criminal possession of stolen property, aggravated assault and assault. Police are still searching for another suspect in the attack. At around 3 am on July 16, a 49-year-old man was walking in front of a brownstone on West 154th Street in Hamilton Heights when he was approached by two men.
