The victim was shoved into a wall and repeatedly punched in the face. At around 8:15 am on April 19, a 58-year-old woman was waiting on the southbound platform of the Number 6 train at the 28th Street station. Cops said a woman walked up behind the straphanger and shoved her into a wall. The attacker then began to repeatedly punch the victim in the face. The attacker then took off on foot and fled the station. The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
