An hour later a 47-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of Madison Avenue and East 117 Street. Cops said the same man ran up to her and tore the phone out of her hands.
The cellphone thief struck again the next day. At around 10 pm on October 2, a 31-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of Madison Avenue and East 117 Street. The suspect walked up behind her and grabbed the cellphone out of her hands. He then ran off.
