MANHATTAN - Cops are looking for a gunman who stuck up a pizza shop across from Yeshiva University in Upper Manhattan. 


The NYPD just released photos from surveillance video of the man, they say, stuck up a local restaurant two weeks ago. At around 8:40 pm on August 29, the suspect entered a pizza shop at 2545 Amsterdam Avenue in Hudson Heights. 


Cops said the man pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. When the register was opened, the gunman forcibly removed $300 from the till before running out of the restaurant. 


The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and heavy build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a white graphic over the left chest pocket. He was also seen wearing black pants and black sneakers.
